01 / AGREEMENT

We aim to present every celebration essential accurately while preserving the right to manage availability, quantities, and order acceptance.
We make reasonable efforts to describe products, dimensions, materials, colors, quantities, and included components accurately. Slight variations may occur because of screen settings, production batches, materials, lighting, or photographic conditions.
Product images are provided for presentation and reference. Decorative accessories shown in a styled scene are not included unless the product description says otherwise.
Products and quantities may be limited. We may discontinue, replace, restrict, or update products without prior notice. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected item and return the corresponding payment.
Follow all product instructions, warnings, age guidance, and intended-use information. Adult supervision may be required for balloons, small decorative pieces, candles, party wearables, and other celebration accessories.
Keep uninflated or broken balloons and small components away from children and pets. Do not use decorative products in a manner inconsistent with their instructions.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, inventory limitations, pricing errors, payment authorization issues, or restrictions affecting delivery.
If we cancel a paid order, we will return the amount charged for the canceled item or order to the original payment method.
You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate billing, delivery, payment, and account information. Review item selections, quantities, variants, and delivery details before submitting an order.
Notify DecoBloom promptly if you discover an error. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes may not be possible after processing begins.
03 / PRICING
The amount shown during checkout is the amount presented for your review before an order is submitted.
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and presented during checkout according to the delivery destination and applicable law.
We may update prices at any time. A price change will not alter an order already accepted, except when correction of an obvious pricing or technical error is permitted by applicable law.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order. Payment information may be processed by secure third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may delay processing while a transaction is reviewed or while additional verification is reasonably required.
Customers who successfully subscribe by email receive an automatic 15% discount sitewide while the offer remains active. This benefit is not limited to a first order. Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount.
Promotion eligibility, duration, product exclusions, and combination rules may be displayed at checkout or with the applicable offer. Unless expressly stated, discounts may not be combined. The valid checkout total controls if promotional messaging and checkout information conflict.
We may correct misuse, technical errors, duplicate benefits, or unauthorized promotional activity to the extent permitted by law.

04 / DELIVERY
DecoBloom provides free shipping and a standard estimated delivery window of 3–5 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, unusually high demand, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Processing or delivery information provided for a particular product or destination will apply if it differs from the standard estimate.
You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address may be your responsibility where permitted by law.
Review carrier tracking promptly and notify DecoBloom if a parcel appears lost, damaged, misdelivered, or materially delayed.
Items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels or on different dates. Separate tracking information may be provided when available. A split delivery does not create an additional standard shipping charge.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, retain the packaging and provide relevant photographs or order details when requested. This information helps us review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
05 / RETURNS
DecoBloom offers 30-day free returns and exchanges, subject to the eligibility requirements communicated with the applicable return process.
A return or exchange request must generally be initiated within 30 days after delivery. Items should be returned in substantially original condition with included components, instructions, and packaging when reasonably possible.
Your statutory rights are not limited by these Terms. Where applicable law provides a longer period or additional remedy, that law will apply.
Products showing material use, intentional damage, unauthorized alteration, missing components, or damage unrelated to delivery may not qualify for a full return or exchange. Product-specific exceptions will be disclosed when applicable.
Final eligibility is determined after the returned item and supporting information are reasonably reviewed.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or expressly agreed. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a completed refund.
Report damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items promptly. Provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when reasonably requested so that the matter can be reviewed efficiently.
