Payment Methods

Choose from the options shown at checkout.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary according to your device, billing location, payment provider, and eligibility. The options shown before you place the order are the current methods available for that transaction.

CARD

Credit and debit cards

Eligible major cards can be entered through the protected checkout interface.

PAY

Accelerated checkout

Compatible digital wallet options may appear when supported by your device.

USD

Displayed currency

Review the currency and complete amount shown in your checkout before approval.

SALE

Automatic discounts

Eligible automatic promotions are reflected in the order summary before payment.

A payment method should only be considered accepted after checkout confirms the transaction and an order confirmation is issued.

Payment Protection

Security built into every step.

DecoBloom uses a protected checkout environment and established payment providers. Sensitive payment information is transmitted through an encrypted connection, while additional verification may be requested by your bank or payment provider.

01

Encrypted connection

Checkout information is transmitted using industry-standard encrypted connections intended to protect data while it travels between your browser and the payment service.

02

Specialized processing

Complete card numbers and security codes are handled by payment providers. DecoBloom does not use ordinary email or telephone messages to collect this sensitive information.

03

Bank verification

Your bank may request a one-time code, application approval, address check, or another verification step before authorizing the transaction.

04

Order confirmation

After a successful transaction, an order confirmation provides the order reference and purchase summary. Keep this information available for future order questions.

Charges & Authorizations

Know what appears after checkout.

Banks and payment providers may describe or process transactions differently. These common situations can help you understand what appears on your account.

Pending authorization

A pending amount may appear while your bank verifies the transaction. If an unsuccessful attempt creates a temporary authorization, the bank controls when that pending amount is released.

Billing information mismatch

A payment can be declined when the billing address, postal code, card details, or security information does not match the card issuer's records.

Taxes and final totals

Any applicable tax is calculated and displayed during checkout. Review the full order summary before selecting the final purchase action.

Duplicate-looking transactions

One entry may be a temporary authorization rather than a second completed charge. Check whether each entry is marked as pending or posted before raising a dispute.

Unrecognized activity

If you do not recognize a completed transaction, review recent household purchases and order confirmations, then promptly consult your card issuer when necessary.

Refund Payments

Returned to the original method.

1

Refund approval

Once a refund is approved under the applicable return or order resolution terms, the payment reversal can be initiated.

2

Original payment route

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. A different card or account cannot normally be substituted.

3

Provider processing

After the refund is issued, the card issuer or payment provider determines how quickly the credit appears on the account.

4

Account posting

The credit may appear beside the original transaction, as a separate credit, or as the removal of a pending authorization, depending on the provider.

Payment Questions

Useful answers before you order.

Review these common payment situations for a smoother checkout experience.

Why was my payment declined?
A bank may decline a payment because of incorrect billing information, insufficient available funds, a spending limit, an expired card, unusual activity protection, or a required verification step. Confirm your details and consult your payment provider if the decline continues.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed after checkout successfully processes the transaction and an order confirmation is issued. A pending bank entry alone does not always indicate that an order was completed.
Can I change my payment method after ordering?
For security reasons, the payment method attached to a completed order cannot normally be replaced. If a change is essential, the original order may need to be reviewed before another order is placed.
Why do I see a pending amount?
A pending amount is commonly an authorization used by the card issuer to verify available funds. The issuer determines when an unused authorization is removed.
Will DecoBloom request my card security code by email?
No. Do not send a full card number, card security code, banking password, or personal identification number through ordinary email, text message, or telephone communication.
How will an approved refund appear?
It may appear as a separate credit, an adjustment beside the original charge, or the removal of a pending authorization. The exact presentation depends on your bank or payment provider.
Order Assistance

Need help understanding a payment?

Have your order number, checkout email, transaction date, and the final four digits of the payment card available. Never send a complete card number or security code.
